Work In Progress Posters
A special session for Work in Progress Posters will also be held, and authors are invited to submit their abstracts for consideration.
The abstracts for Work in Progress Posters must follow the Microsoft Word template available here.
Authors must submit the abstracts in PDF by sending an email to esfss2025@zag.si.
The submission, revision, and acceptance will follow this timeline:
- 5th May 2025 – Open call for Work in Progress Poster abstracts
- 30th May 2025 – Work in Progress Poster abstracts submission deadline
- 9th June 2025 – Authors notified of final accept/reject decision
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not adhere to the above-mentioned guidelines and templates.
