
The symposium will be located at the Grand Hotel Union in the heart of Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia. The invited keynote and oral presentations will take place in the iconic Grand Union Hall, the region’s largest function room, decorated in the Art Nouveau style.

The city centre of Ljubljana is well-connected and easy to reach for international travellers through nearby airports: Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU), Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE), Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport (ZAG), and Trieste – Friuli Venezia Giulia Airport (TRS).
If transportation from and to the airport is required, it is recommended to pre-book a shuttle service using GoOpti or a bus ticket using Flixbus (at least one week in advance).
