Registration Fees (22% VAT included)

All the conference registration fees (regular, IAFSS member, student – early bird or regular) include all the activities and catering included in the conference program, including the welcome reception (Tuesday 2^nd September) and conference dinner (Thursday 4^th September).

One-year regular membership fee of IAFSS is 50 GPB (ca. 60 €), three-years regular membership fee is 150 GPB (ca. 180 €), and one-year student membership fee is only 5 GPB (ca. 6 €).
If you are non-member at present and would like to participate to the symposium, being a member brings a large merit to you!

The registration will close when the venue capacity will be met (which is about 200).

If you are a MSc or PhD student and would like to register with a student registration fee, a valid student proof will be required.

Cancellations received no later than 15 July 2025 will be refunded in full, except for the administrative fee of 100 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.
