Instructions For Paper Presentations

Each paper presentation is allocated a 20-minute slot: 15 minutes for the oral presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.

There is no specific template for presentation slides. Please use a 16:9 slide ratio. Preferred file formats are PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), PDF, or a compatible alternative.

Presenters are kindly asked to submit their slides and a short biography (max 100 words) to the Organising Committee (esfss2025@zag.si) by Friday, 29th August 2025, by email (if file size allows it) or using the preferred mode of online transfer.
