Instructions For Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in A0 format, with a portrait orientation. Choices for the poster’s template and content are left to the authors.

Posters will be printed free of charge by the Organising Committee if they are sent in PDF format to the email address esfss2025@zag.si before 25^th August 2025, at the latest. During the conference, the Organising Committee will also provide stands for posters and pushpins for mounting them.
